The Gardens Hotels & Residences
Our symposium will be held at the Gardens Ballroom at Level 5.
The ballroom accommodates up to 200 (theatre style) whereas the Skyview rooms accommodates a smaller seating arrangement with natural daylight and fronting panoramic vistas of the city.

By Car
We highly recommend that you use a GPS navigation for a quick and smooth driving journey. Click on the map below to navigate to Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur.
Parking
- A flat rate of MYR 5 will be recorded to participants with a validated parking ticket. (Please remember to validate your parking ticket at the ballroom entrance or hotel front office)
- The nearest parking zones to the hotel ballroom are Zone U and Zone B, The Gardens Mall.
- Participants who enter using Touch N Go will not be eligible for the flat rate.
By Train
There’s a KTM train station called Mid Valley Megamall which stops you right outside our doors! A great option if you’re coming from or heading to KL Sentral, KLIA and more.
